From documenting events and travel through to creative and fiction, writing is something Jason loves. Since enrolling on his degree in Photography and Journalism he has written a monthly column in the student newspaper, started two blogs, and had news articles published in the likes of Autocar and FourFourTwo, as well, of course, as writing numerous academic essays. This page is a little ‘tear sheets’ page that provides a few examples of Jason’s written work.

Research

Jason has conducted extensive research over the past three years, whether that be for academic essays or by commission for journalists and writers. He has assisted food writer and author Rose Prince in research for her weekly Telegraph columns as well as researching for William Sitwell's A History of Food in 100 Recipes.

The Blog

“As I found myself enjoying cooking more and more, I began to write a blog on student food and cooking. As well as containing simple recipes and advice, I also publish travel and event stories as well as opinion columns.
