“Overall, I‘m passionate about life - each day is a gift, so make the best of it. Travel, adventure, experience, sport, food, people, escapism, adrenaline, exploration and stories all get me going. The written word and the photographic image are two of the best ways of capturing and portraying the beauties of all of the above, and that’s just what I love so much about photography and writing.”

Jason Wain is a passionate photographer and writer from the South East of England.

At the age of twenty he has already been commissioned by giant online whisky retailer Master of Malt to photograph their range, had photographs published in Dirt Mountain Bike Magazine, and in a book titled Mountain Biking Britain. He has also photographed two weddings and has been commissioned to shoot another in 2012.

2012 will also see his first major exhibition at the ‘Freerange’ graduate show at the Truman Brewery in Brick Lane, London.

Jason is currently studying for a Combined Honours degree (BA Hons) in Photography and Journalism at university in London. He also loves writing and currently writes a monthly column for the university student newspaper as well as regularly producing articles for his blog, which can be found at fraichefood.blogspot.com.
